Bea Martinez is the backbone of Bauhaus Group’s administrative excellence as the Administration Lead and Operations Coordinator at the Davao office. With a degree in Accounting Technology from Ateneo de Davao University, where she once led the Association of Accounting Technology Students and managed campus-wide finances, Bea possesses a solid foundation in financial processes, team leadership, and cloud-driven workflows. Her experience at China Banking Corporation, BeatsCycle Davao, and the Commission on Audit has sharpened her skills in branch operations, financial reporting, and internal auditing. Currently, Bea crafts and refines the cloud-based systems that power Bauhaus Group’s seamless operations, expertly juggling compliance, recordkeeping, and cross-division coordination.

Outside of work, her passions for community service, volleyball, and creative cooking remind us that structure and creativity are two sides of the same coin—qualities she brings to every administrative challenge, ensuring our global teams stay in perfect harmony.
