Eric Cuevas is a seasoned CEO with a rich background in business operations, real estate, and construction, holding a license as a real estate broker and a general contractor. Specializing in Analytical and Informational Science, he boasts expertise in Property Management, Real Estate Sales, and Real Estate Transactions. Eric graduated from California State University-Fullerton, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics with a Finance and Management Science degree and pursued Construction Management studies at the University of Washington. Lambda Alpha International, the Society of Land and Economics, inducted Mr. Cuevas as a member in 2018. At Bauhaus Group, he is pivotal in property management operations, real estate portfolio management, and construction and construction management project developments. His responsibilities encompass property management and construction division oversight, client relations, process optimization, team expansion, vendor and supplier relations, real estate strategy, and forecasting market trends to ensure optimal client profits and tenant satisfaction. He is also in charge of all expansion and technology initiatives.
